Production & Logistics

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? +
For custom-engineered sizing and print setups, our standard MOQ starts at 1,000 units per style. For standard pre-tooled sizes with digital labeling, we can occasionally accommodate smaller test runs of 500 units. Please get in touch with our sales team to discuss what fits your timeline.
What are your standard lead times? +
Custom CAD structural samples and digital printing proofs are completed within 7 to 10 working days. Upon formal proof approval and deposit confirmation, mass bulk manufacturing takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of your custom finishing (e.g., hot foil stamping, embossing, Spot UV).
Do you ship globally? +
Yes, we provide global logistics solutions. We ship worldwide via ocean freight, air express, and road logistics. We routinely offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and FOB (Free on Board) shipping formats, handling customs clearances directly to your designated warehouse.
Are your materials fully eco-friendly? +
Yes, 100% of our core rigid board is compressed from post-consumer recycled wood fibers. All paper overlays are sourced from FSC-certified responsible forests. We use exclusively vegetable-based soy inks, water-based varnishes, and compostable adhesives, ensuring the tubes are completely recyclable in standard paper bins.
Do you provide custom structural dielines? +
Yes! Once you confirm your desired dimensions (internal diameter and vertical tube height), our structural engineering team will generate a highly accurate vector layout (PDF/Illustrator) within 24 hours. Your graphics team can overlay artwork precisely on our dielines without worrying about stretch distortion.
